Courses

Courses are the facilitation of the course content by someone who is well versed in the subject. This could be in a face to face setting, the virtual platform or self directed learning.

Content

Content is material that has been put together to address a specific are of knowledge. The client could use of existing course material or we could co-create courseware specific for the clients needs.

Meet the Team

Colin’s passion for business, NPO and church has seen him play a number of roles over the last two decades. He has successfully started an NPO which is thriving 12 years later, personally started 3 of his own businesses and help build in the local church.
Colin thrives in both the strategic and organisational health of am organisation. Systems, strategies, structure can change the game and add immense momentum and healthy returns. And people, people, people – value them, serve them, release them.

“Skillful at hand and gentle at heart” is the way we would best describe Antonia’s role here at ProtegeProject. With her law degree in one hand and her her mediation qualification in the other, she thrives in making things right. Policies, procedures, principles, basically anything that requires black and white, right and wrong – clarity is her game and knowledge is her claim to fame!

With 15 years of business coaching experience, I have had the privilege of walking along side many businesses helping them navigate start ups, mergers, business rescue, diversifying, HR solutions, business processes, restructuring.

I thrive in facilitating a process, that empowers you to chose the best way forward rather than the well worn path of resistance, confusion and dead ends.

I identify what behaviour patterns are holding you or your staff back, assist in devising strategy to overcome these and accountability to see the best efficiencies for your organisation.

Herman sits on the Protege advisory team as a Chartered Accountant (SA), Business Accountant in Practice (SA) and General Tax Practitioner (SA).

Herman’s passion is to see businesses thrive through optimising their financial systems and business savvy in order to get the greatest returns.
His mission is to lead and develop businesses and their people to have influence so they can impact and change their communities.
